Agreement
These terms govern your use of the SCENT website and any purchase you make. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by them.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. Because our items are hand-poured in small batches, slight natural variations in colour and finish are normal and are not considered faults.
Prices are shown in South African Rand and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order has been dispatched.
Safety and use
Our candles and diffusers are for home fragrance use only. Please follow the care and safety guidance provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended and keep away from children and pets.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCENT is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products or website.
