Shipping
We ship across South Africa. Choose Pep PAXI shipping for R60 or door-to-door shipping for R145 at checkout. We do not offer free shipping. Orders over R1,000 receive 10% off the order subtotal.
Orders are carefully hand-packed and dispatched within one to three business days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Main centres: 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–6 business days
- Outlying areas: 5–8 business days
Returns
We want you to love what you order. Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been burned or diffusers that have been opened, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How to start a return
Email scentbybabybrown@gmail.com with your order reference and the items you would like to return. We will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.
