Delivery times depend on your location. PEP delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, while door-to-door delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Yes, but please contact us on the same day you place your order. Once your order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

We take extra care when packaging every order. If your product arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and product and send them to us so we can assess the situation and provide further assistance. Please note that damaged products are not replaced. To reduce the risk of damage during delivery, we recommend choosing door-to-door delivery.

Yes. Returns or exchanges can be requested, but you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Burn time depends on the candle size. Each candle's specific burn time is listed on its product page before you purchase.

Our reed diffusers are designed to last throughout the life of the fragrance. We use black reeds that can remain in the diffuser until the fragrance is finished, so you don't need to replace the reeds during normal use.

The available fragrance options are displayed under each candle and diffuser product when shopping. Simply select the fragrance you prefer before adding the product to your cart.
